Organic asian greens
These are wonderful vegetables with plenty of flavour. They are a good replacement for lettuce in the cold season. Crisp in salads with fresh flavors. Some have a mild rocket flavour and are popular in Mesclun mix. Asian greens are best cooked in a moist heat – they like to be hot and steamy!
They grow best in really cold conditions. Great winter vegetables
