MAKING TEA FROM FRESH OR DRIED LEAVES
Snip off leaves and add them to a non-metal container. Two tablespoons of fresh herbs for every cup of water plus two tablespoons for the pot. Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the container to entrap the beneficial properties of the herbs. Sweeten the tea by adding honey or some stevia leaves.
